ChatterBlock is a one-stop resource for parents, where they can find all things family. From class and camp schedules, event calendars, to reviews of local kid-friendly businesses, it is in 26 cities across North America to help busy parents.

 

The Project:

Design- Improve the UI and brighten the look & feel, especially on mobile.
Strategy- Scaling the business model.

Strategy- Implemented a Freemium Model, improved the onboard experience, onsite messaging, automated emails, and automated upgrade process. This resulted in a 200% increase in business sign ups.
